EHP Ltd were approached to submit a Reserved Matters application for three executive houses in Staffordshire.  The site is accessed via a private gated entrance and benefits from countryside views  to the south and east and the dwellings have been designed and orientated to take advantage of them.   

 

The large dwelling are contemporary in their design with a mix of red and buff brick and have generous internal accommodation, including a large family room with wide bifold doors that lead onto private and enclosed terraces. 

 

The application has recently been submitted for approval and we will keep you updated on progress.
