Appointed by the Wrekin Trust to design and provide pre-construction information for tender purposes, obtaining detailed Planning Permission for a 76 apartment Extra Care Unit on the site of a former railway sidings.
The long linear site posed a challenging solution to enable the complex to provide comfortable, relaxed facilities for the residents.
