EHP Ltd were appointed by a developer client to obtain permission for a new high end dwelling on the site of Seabridge Hall in Newcastle Under Lyme.

 

EHP Ltd successfully demonstrated to the local planning authority how the new dwelling has been sensitively designed to have minimal impact on the surrounding area and complement the existing buildings on site to gain approval for the new dwelling adjacent Seabridge Hall.  The proposed dwelling will be finished to a very high specification, with open plan living to the ground floor and provides four double bedrooms to the upper floors, including a master bedroom suite at second floor which is set within large roof pitch.

 

EHP Ltd are also working with the developer to convert the existing Seabridge Hall into Apartments as well as providing other new dwellings on site.
